You may have heard of "Cabaret" and "All That Jazz", but you might not know the man behind them. Bob Fosse was a genius, a philanderer, a pill-popper, and other things. "Fosse/Verdon" looks at his career and that of Gwen Verdon, his wife and collaborator. Numerous other people appear in their work, but the focus remains Fosse (Sam Rockwell) and Verdon (Michelle Williams, in an Emmy-winning role). A fine production in every way. Life is beautiful here, so spend a little time with this series!
