Review of Harry Brown

Harry Brown (2009)
10/10
Oppressive

A 1st class class cast and acting. Specially Michael Caine. The man has a senior acting quality makes me speechless. The scenes with Emily Mortimer are the best. Staggering. Young Sean Harris (M:I 5&6, Borgia) intense performance as drug dealer, award-winning. Footnote: Ian Glen (GoT) as arrogant S. Childs.

Camera reminds me of Se7en. Vale and watch. Even the pic. with warm colour are cold and frozen.

I think director Daniel Barber give the cast a lot of freedom for own ideas and improvisation.

That is an impressive thriller. The action comes from the acting and the story and not by special effects and CGI entertaining.
