Warning: Spoilers
Rajkummar Rao as Newton Kumar, a rookie government clerk finds himself entrusted with a task that appears deceptively simple: conducting elections in a remote village in the jungles of central India.

Newton law well depicted in the movie - 1. An object will remain at rest until acted upon. - theme of the movie (Nothing will change until cloud) 2. Change in momentum is proportional to applied external force. ( Foreign minister came, momentum changed & voters forced to vote. 3. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. ( Newton takes extreme action to conduct fair elections going against security & faces opposite equal reaction.

The film is full of dark humour and glum sarcasm. Dialogues are extremely hard hitting. An excellent screenplay is complemented by a Great direction. Pankaj tripathi, Anjali Patil and raghubir Yadav are superlative in the their respective roles.

A realistic movie with the perfect blend of comedy makes it a definite watch. Don't miss this one! Most definitely the best movie from Bollywood. I'm glad that the film has been nominated for the Oscars.
