This is a slog to get through. The show doesn't really know what it wants to do with Cas, Metatron. That story doesn't fit well in with the teenage angst with Amara. The intercutting of the two stories end up being silly. And worst of all this has some failed effects-Crowley's broken hand is terrible. The age of the show really shows in this episode.
