I enjoy watching Jessica. She's funny, and reminds me of Betty Furness who could make you believe she cooked in high heels and pearls. ;-) Besides her over-the-top cheerfulnes, which I find fun, she drops hints and explains why certain techniques or ingredients work or make the end result better--I can find recipes anywhere, but technique and information are not usually included.
