Like so many of shows of this type unfortunately you play that background music over the voices of people trying to talk. So at times it's really hard or difficult to understand what people are actually saying. I'm sure the people making that music or adding that music to the show are extremely proud of it because they want to add to the drama but it's becoming very distracting and taking away from the enjoyment of what's actually being said or heard. My recommendation is to please when someone's talking turn the music off play the music in between scenes or when nobody's talking.
