This is a sensational episode that is action-packed with chases, shootouts and fights and is yet another standout in a season filled with them so far.
Bo Hopkins is terrific as the leader of the gang. He really excelled at playing wild and deranged Southern nutjobs throughout the '70s and he certainly doesn't disappoint here as he's as crazy as ever and enjoying every minute of it. He's at the top of his game and he knows it.
Bruce Fairbairn is also at the top of his game as the episode focuses mostly on him and he comes through swimmingly.
This has been a bang-up season as this is now the fourth straight stellar episode. Very impressive.
