Sometimes it's hard to believe that SW can still be redeemed but this flies in the face of that notion. Goes to show that in the right hands, Star Wars can still be a backdrop to stellar, riveting narratives with well developed characters you can root for.
Maybe it takes bringing in the talent from the golden age of Japanese animation (Kenji Kamiyama of Akira fame) to remind us all that good stories are still possible in this universe.
