Likeable

Warning: Spoilers
A short, to the point, and utterly likeable Children's Film Foundation story with a Yorkshire setting. Seeing the back streets and alleyways brings joy to my heart and as a plus you get a young and charismatic Michael Crawford indulging in some of his trademark trouser-dropping slapstick too. Peter Butterworth, typically warm, is the icing on the cake here.
