This was not filmed in Atlantic City NJ. I grew up there and nothing in this episode is Atlantic City except the sign and street signs and opening pictures are Atlantic City. I 1 one part it say Chicago Furniture none in AC, the docks aren't like that in AC. Clearly this was Filmed in Los Angeles area with Atlantic City used as some film shot. I THINK mainly they said AC to promote tourism. If you google or Wikipedia AC it doesn't say anything about Hulk being filmed there.
