When in Rome
5 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
An OK finale, Miranda and Cassie's plan gets adjusted by events, but things get wrapped up for Cassie. Buckley turning up in Rome dressed as a 1930s character is a little silly, but in the end he talks and talks like an insane cartoon villain so perhaps it fits. The talk with Enrico's mother is a turning point for Cassie and progresses her redemption arc.

The Megan plot heats up, but goes nowhere; presumably to be dealt with in season 2. The final reveal of another character is jarring and incongruous, but also sets up interesting possibilities for season 2.

All-in-all a disappointing end to an enjoyable season.
