Half the show is the producer making him do awkward stuff he doesn't want to do. James and I would rather have him do and discuss things he has an ounce of interest in.
I for one would like to see some of the places and foods of Italy rather than constant fish-out-of-water situations.
Like when they had him make a deliberately bad pizza with a genuine Napoli pizza chef and they didn't even show us the real thing.
Preferred the Japan one which was a bit more balanced.
