Even I was skeptical about some of the casts mainly Elrond and Celebrimbor
I think the show is great made.
The landscape, the visuals, the costumes this is the world of Tolkin and for everybody that have read The Silmarillion or Unfinished Tales will know that the Elfs are not only what we have seen in Lord Of The Rings.
Its impossible to adapt 4000 years in TV series because well only the Elves are Immortal, so we need to accept some of the changes that TV show will brings.
I have no doubts that this show will have incredible success even all the hates and etc. Because the world of Middle Earth have maybe hundreds of millions fans and this 3000 here rate this show 1/10 so far it doesn't matter.
I activate my Amazon prime subscription only for this show and after watching the first episodes I did not regret and I believe many other will follow :)
