I was surprised to see such high scores for this episode as I found it to be quite boring actually. We did have the student finally get revenge on the ruler abuser sister, but that felt lke a cop out of a cheap violence to shock us rather than to tell us a substantial story.
The scenes in Africa and in the water were just dragging so long and accomplished nothing. I am sure some people loved it, but I am not one who watches TV to "ship" couples, I would much rather be witness to some exciting drama than seeing a couple in love.
The show is still worth watching, but definitely felt a little boring tonight.
