Visually a very beautiful film, good casting, excellent locations and the hotel itself is very beautiful, excellent work with sound, about the actors, the film is replete with excellent actors and they play well, there were good attempts at humor, for example, with the old women with whom Gustav slept, though I don't like it when the film is presented as someone's story, but here the story is very pleasant, so everything is fine, the actor himself who is told the story about the hotel is very bad, the highlight of all these actors is Willem Dafoe, he is magnificent here, deprived of emotions, just a killer, and his makeup is gorgeous and clothes and behavior.
