Review of Perfect Match

Perfect Match (2023– )
2/10
Same as with Dated & Related

The show itself is just fighting over attention and screen time, especially with Francesca, who is so clearly not even thinking about a serious relationship that is not about physical attraction and momentary feelings. Still, she gets so much screen time just for the drama. Matches the first episodes where challenges where so primitive that I closed Netflix multiple times.

Honestly, I'd been so much more interested in the more "quiet" couples and what they are doing. Most times I was just thinking "shut up for even speaking about love"

Luckily, in the end the more mature ones admit that there is no thing as a "perfect match" and (hope no spoilers) the ones with more intention in really working on their relationship and being stable get rewarded.

So if you are reading this because you are a few episodes in and thinking "tf is this", there is still a small part about serious relationships.

So yeah, I could have just copy-pasted the review from Dated & Related.
