Maybe cultural differences
22 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
It's the first time I really felt cultural differences while watching a K drama.

All the situations with the daughters and the family, especially the father, the absurdity of the guy that can't accept the end of the story and uses weird family honor type of stuff to sabotage the relationship of his ex.

Also the female lead was constantly saying I'm sorry for everything, not even if she was going to marry a mass murderer I would have expected so many I'm sorry. Both fathers are so ridiculous in their pride of...I don't even understand what kind of pride they have. Is it for the job? For what?

Mah...too many times I was just thinking - who cares if you choose to stay with a single father? - Who cares if your father don't approve the relationship?

Too many times I found myself not understanding the drivers behind certain choices of the characters. Too many cultural differences for me to fully appreciate this show.
