Warning: Spoilers
Let's start with the Kiss (caps mine). Donna put one on Harvey after she listened to Rachel (and Louis's expression of self loathing). It is a stiff, unexpected kiss. She says that now she knows. Well, he isn't going to reciprocate when it's delivered like a sucker punch. Harvey has so much investment in Paula that he feels he must tell her, but he waits an extra day. I guess he should have taken the day off, run to her office, and announced that Donna kissed me. He was really innocent in this event and needed a bit of time to process. Of course, if Paula, after listening to Harvey's past in therapy, doesn't know how complex things are, then she isn't as insightful as one would think she should be. And I've always felt that people's pasts shouldn't be used against them unless they are criminal in some way. There are so many things going one in this episode, including Robert and Rachel's working together on a case. I'm going to ask an attorney the next time I see him about the language used, especially by Robert. In my opinion, after the first one, the guy would be sitting in a cell in contempt. Robert also uses ugly language when he is talking to his own daughter.

This episode has at it's heart, the debarment of Jessica. She is willing to sacrifice her law license in order to keep her former firm alive and allow Harvey to continue practicing. Fantastic episode.
