It's sad to think that the TV movie staring Gary Busey is less terrible than this mess. You know that when you hire Busey unironically, you're in trouble. This episode is a disservice to the show, the cast, and the audience. The writing is completely at odds with the rest of the show. Wo Fat is an international criminal? No, he's a spy and agent of the Chinese government, head of their pacific operations. Everything else that happens in this episode is just a series of cliche's and horrid, horrid make-up choices. I haven't seen more blatant substitutions of stuntmen for actors since the pilot episodes of the original Star Trek (when Kirk's hair mysteriously turns red). Sadly, season 12 in general, and this finale in particular, and a lamentable and unwanted end to an otherwise highly entertaining and innovative show.
