Review of Miller's Girl

Wow, who knew Jena Ortega could be a sexy star. When you watch this movie you can feel the tension building as it went along The scene when Mr. Freeman is reading the paper that Jena wrote and Freeman is hearing her voice was powerful and emotional. The only fault with the movie is after that point the writers did make a mistake by not taking it further and risky by having a long term affair that could be quite interesting. Netflix should have allowed it to be a full blown love story but instead took it in the safe direction and make it like it was cut off at the knees. Both characters could have showed their acting skills as they definitely had chemistry but Lions gate didn't want to take the risk that this good story deserved.
