Definitely the worst acting nomination of De Niro its just an insufferable character, Williams character is better than Robert, both of these characters are charming together but there is not q lot of time together of the both, its just a miserable and sad experience to be honest, Penny Marshall was not tue greatest director, but she has passion and rest in peace i ver enjoy his movies and this is her best movie to be fair, she was a goos person same as Robin, so lets talk about the script and best picture nomination, they are kinda of deserved because 1990 if was just a very bad year for movies, overall ok 7/10.
