Very disappointing. If you do not understand French then forget about it. Most of the first 10 minutes or so is spoken in French and without subtitles. I am assuming the rest of the series is like this. Not going to waste my time to see. I do not understand why they would make the series this way. Was looking forward to the show as I like period pieces. Figured it would be historically accurate but will never know because of the decision to make most of it French speaking. Once again without subtitles. It would seem to me that a show about an American icon would be English speaking even though it takes place in France.
