Convincing plot poor execution...!!!

Warning: Spoilers
Shanthakumar has his own set of audience & has been a noted director of Kollywood who is well known for unconventional making a certain dreamy yet realistic in Creating and presenting a mood, in a way that holds the audience interest, which is hard to do while he has mastered the craft...

Entire movie runs smoothly without any flaws. Well sequence of scenes.

Loved the scenes, BGM, simplicity of medical treats all combined and blended together and kept in full fledge with minor laggs...

A hero who gives CPR to a pigeon lying dead on the road and saves it by flying away. On the other hand, there is a villain who even burns a trapped mouse in his house. A common background between these two. It must be said that the director who has taken such an interesting online has left the line in bringing it to the screen as a full-length screenplay...

Basically it is a revenge story. But it's only in the flashbacks just before the climax that the audience learns that it's a revenge story... What is the three-quarters of the film going towards, and what is the hero's mission? What is the villain's purpose? Without knowing anything, the story is going somewhere.

Isn't a scene or two enough to show that the hero is good and the villain is a psycho? Repeatedly explaining them to the audience as a lesson becomes boring. The romantic scenes between Arjun and Tanya are also not strong...

The scenes between Sujith Shankar and VJ Ramya are delightful. Similarly, the way the climax is tied between the background of the hero and the background of the villain is special...

Sujith Shankar's acting as the villain is the only aspect of the film that is worthy...Through his excellent performance, he reveals how the psychological problem faced by a child growing up in an environment of domestic violence in childhood has an impact on him when he grows up. Hero Arjun Das's stern face and voice naturally make him one with this character. However, Arjun Das couldn't help but feel that he was playing the same roles over and over again...

Tanya Ravichandran as the heroine, Rishikanth as the hero's friend who opposes Quarry scam, VJ Ramya as a psychiatrist, GM Sundar have given impeccable performances... Reshma Venkatesh gives an excellent performance in the flashback...

Songs composed by S. Thaman are below average while the background music tries to lift the scenes...Saravanan camera adds more beauty to Kodaikanal...

Despite an interesting plot "RASAVATHI" which should have been an exciting thriller, fails to impress due to the lack of a strong screenplay...
