This was interesting, but seemed to serve no purpose other than to have Buffy realize that she doesn't control life and death. A young woman comes to her, saying she is going to die in a week. She is sure a suicide is going to take place, so she follows up. She has a lot going on in her life, but there is something hanging over her head, a threat. Buffy does conventional investigations looking into her life, but it's not going to help. There are other forces beside vampires, demons, and so on, that can take a life. The final scene with the Scoobies together, sort of says it all. I don't know if this is a good episode. It stands alone as decent enough.
