Dania is a Latin American actress born in the Dominican Republic. She grew up, living with her grandmother, in a poor household. Her parents left for the United States, when she was 6-months old, and she finally joined them in New York when she was age 10.
She knew from a young age that she wanted to act. She was discovered by a model scout and cast in a soda commercial. She attended the Actor's workshop in New York City and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
Her first job was Jay-Z's girlfriend in his music video, Streets Is Watching (1998). She went on to appear in high profile TV shows The Sopranos (1999), Entourage (2004) and Heroes (2006). Aimee first began her professional acting career in 2007. Jan Luis Castellanos, born on September 11, 1995, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, is a versatile actor who has made significant strides in both the theatrical and film realms.
After spending his early years under the care of his grandparents in the Dominican Republic, Jan Luis relocated to New Jersey at the age of eight to live with his mother, Sugey Quinones. During his time at Secaucus High School, he achieved remarkable success both as an athlete and a theater enthusiast. Balancing his athletic prowess as a State Champion wrestler in New Jersey with his passion for the arts, he began appearing in commercials and gained exposure in the New York and Los Angeles film scenes. Notably, he showcased his talents in musical productions such as 'West Side Story' and 'Jersey Boys.'
While pursuing his studies at Saint Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey, with the intention of pursuing a medical career, Jan Luis's love for acting was reignited. Mirtha Michelle is an actress and writer born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on January 17th. At five years old her parents, Jose and Mirtha moved the family to Miami, Florida. Víctor Piñeyro is a Dominican Republic based producer, writer, director, entertainment lawyer, film critic and film reporter. In 2016 he founded Seventh Art Studio, a platform for and by film lovers with presence in every social media outlet. In 2017 he co-founded the film-related YouTube channel "Cineautas". In 2019 he co-founded the film podcast "Entre Tomas". Since 2018 he's been doing legal, administrative and management work for the growing film industry in Dominican Republic, specifically alongside the tax incentives provided through the Dominican film law. In 2020 he was made Tomatometer-approved critic by Rotten Tomatoes. Also in 2020, with the start of production of his first short film as a writer/director, he founded Seventh Art Studio Productions, a production company committed to telling Dominican stories that shake us to our core. Since then, he's produced one short film ("Cuando Fui Grande" (2023) which won several awards at the student film festival UNIBE Shorts Film Fest 2023), two medium length films ("Cinco Gato" (2022) and "Hierro Viejo" (not yet premiered)) and has two short films ("Terms and Conditions" and "Match"), two long-feature film ("Estoy Aquí" and "El Sueño") and two documentary feature films ("Niñas Escarlata" and "Murmuros") in development. Since 2021 he's been providing independent production services for local and international productions filmed in Dominican Republic. In 2022 he was invited to be a member of the Dominican Press and Film Critics Association (ADOPRESCI). In 2023 he was appointed by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) as International Voter for the 81st Golden Globe Awards to be held in 2024.
