Born in 1983 in Uman, Ukraine. Graduated from the Architecture faculty of Chernivtsi Technical College (2002) and from the faculty of Philosophy and Theology of Chernivtsy National University (Bachelor degree, 2007). In 2013 graduated from Kyiv National Karpenko-Karyy University of Theatre, Cinema and Television, specializing in feature film direction. While studying, made several award-winning short films, many of which were official selected on international film festivals. Student film Boroda (2012) became part of short film almanac "Ukraine, Goodbye!" and entered the "Ukrainian New Wave", anthology collecting best short films of Ukraine in 2012. The script of said short took the main award in script section of "Coronation of the Word" (National Scripts Festival; Kyiv 2012). After completing the film school, participated in Toronto Film Lab (Script&Pitch) in 2016. Organizer of the Ukrainian Script Platform «TERRARIUM». First live action short film after completion of the film school, Weightlifter (2018) took several major film awards in Ukraine.- Yuriy Orlov was born on 14 October 1945 in Uman, Kiev Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, USSR [now Cherkasy Oblast, Ukraine]. - Emiliya Milton was a tall and elegant character stage and film actress in the Soviet Union. She was born Emiliya Davydovna Milton, on May 15, 1902, in the Russian Empire, into a Russian-Jewish family. During the 1920s and 1930s she was a leading actress with "Krasny Fakel" Proletariat Theatre in Moscow, and also toured with that troupe all over the USSR. During the 1940s and 1950s she worked as an actress with the Kiev Theatre of Russian Drama, then at Mossoveta Theatre in Moscow. From 1950s - 1970s she was a permanent member of the troupe at Gogol Drama Theatre in Moscow. There he shared stage with Viktor Khokhryakov, Boris Chirkov, Aleksei Krasnopolsky, Vladimir Samoylov, and other notable Russian actors. She is best known for her brilliant performance in the role as Frau Zaurich, opposite Vyacheslav Tikhonov, in the popular Russian TV series Seventeen Moments of Spring (1973). Emiliya Milton was also regarded as a popular radio actress. She was married to actor/director Aleksei Krasnopolsky. She was designated Honorable Actor of Russia in 1962. She died of natural causes on February 12, 1978, in Moscow, Russia.

Vladimir Khmelnitsky was born on 3 March 1935 in Uman, Ukrainian SSR, USSR. He was a director and writer, known for Vernyy Ruslan (Istoriya karaulnoy sobaki) (1992), Lyudi i delfiny (1984) and Almaznaya tropa (1979). He was married to Adelina Valentinovna Khmelnitskaya.
