Anil Biswas was born on 7 July 1914 in Barisal, Bengal Presidency, British India. Tania Trepanier is an award-winning writer, director and producer. She directs both documentary and narrative film as well as music videos and educational films. She presently works in the film industry in Los Angeles and has several feature film projects in development, including the screenplay Of Chameleons and Gods, a Sundance Writer's Lab finalist co-written by Norman Anderson, a Sloan Grant recipient. Tania has an MFA in Film Production from the University of Southern California's School of Cinema-Television, where she received highly competitive awards and grants for her student films. Her mentors have included Pablo Frasconi, Jeremy Kagan, 'Randall Kleiser', Donald Petrie, and 'Mark Harris'. Tania got her start in filmmaking through a series of grants from the Canadian government to make independent films such as Sugar and Spice (2001) and Seven Days (1999). These films have screened to critical acclaim at film festivals internationally.
Over the years, Tania has taught film classes at USC, the Young Filmmaker's Academy and the Hawaii Filmmaker's Initiative in Maui. Before turning to filmmaking, Tania's creative work included seven years of experience exhibiting multi-media work at art galleries across Canada. She also has a BA in International Literature and an MA in Women's Studies. Born in Quebec City of a French-Canadian father and American mother - both teachers - Tania grew up in Africa, Canada, the Caribbean and India.- Helena Dabrowska was born on 26 June 1923 in Bialobrzegi, Mazowieckie, Poland.
