He died on 23 August 2011 in La Marsa, Tunisia.- Hattab Dhib was born on September 4, 1930 in Tunis, Tunisia. He participated in many movies and TV series in Tunisia and abroad but the best role he played is the role of "Sheikh Alaya" in the TV series El Douar (1992). Concerning the foreign movies and TV series, he participated in Poly En Tunisie (1973) with the role of "Daouri" and in La nouvelle malle des Indes (1981). He died in 2005 in Tunisia.

- Champion track and field athlete Foy Draper was born on November 26, 1911 in Georgetown, Texas. Draper attended the University of Southern California, where he won the IC4A championship in the 200 m in 1935. Moreover, at the 1936 Summer Olympics held in Berlin, Germany Foy ran the third leg for the American 4 x 100 m relay team that won the gold medal with a world record time of 39.8. In addition, Draper reportedly held the world record for the 100 y dash at a time when it would have been a hand-timed 9.4. During World War II Foy served as a pilot on the twin-engine attack bomber A-20B 'Havoc' in Thelepte, Tunisia. On January 4, 1943 Draper and two crew members took off to fly to Fonduck, Tunisia to participate in the battle of Kasserine Pass. Foy and his two crew members never returned from said flight. His date of death is often cited as February 1, 1943. Draper's memory is honored at the North Africa American Cemetery and Memorial that's administered by the American Battle Monuments Commission in Carthage, Tunisia.

Was raised in Tunisia in a tradition-oriented family. It was in high school, thanks to her philosophy teacher, who ran a film club, that she developed a taste for the cinema. After graduating from the IDHEC film school in 1968, in the editing department, she went back to live in Tunisia in 1972. Her name appears on the credits of some of the most important Arab film from 1970 to 1990.- Bruno Corelli (20 August 1918 - 17 February 1983) was an Italian actor. Born in Bologna, after being part of a dramatic society of his hometown Corelli moved to Rome to attend the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. He made his film debut in 1938, when together with several of his classmates he took part to the film "Giuseppe Verdi". Corelli then abandoned the courses to take part in several stage plays and riviste, and also to perform as a mime-dancer. In the aftermath of the Second World War, Corelli started an intense film activity, mostly appearing in supporting roles in comedy films.
