Saying that they are friends, Morgan wants to buy the ranch before Hardy forecloses, and Gil will sell, but Lopez shows up with all his men and holds them all captive. Lopez has his own law, carried out with a 44 - and he plans to settle everything according to his vision of life.
- In Mexico, Daffy Duck is the owner of an electronics store where Speedy Gonzales and his friends are celebrating Speedy's birthday by playing music on Daffy's merchandise. When a furious Daffy uses violent methods to try to stop the mice from using his valuable equipment, he is wrapped in a rope by Speedy and placed on a rotating, vinyl record turntable.
- Cheech and Chong perform sketch comedy, stand-up and music on their "Light Up America" reunion tour.
- Near Border Flats, Don Coyote and his friend Sancho are interrupted on their way to the fiesta by a fight. A quick intervention on their part prompts ranch owner Maggie Riley to hire them. Coyote and Sancho meet her surly, younger brother Ted who is wanting Maggie to sell their cattle herd to pay off a bank loan before they lose the ranch. But when they try to drive a herd to market, a gang led by Big Foot Ferguson drives off their cowhands. Ted finds a surveying plumb marked "United Pacific R.R." in a canyon by their ranch. He shows Sheriff Dave Sherman and they learn that the railroad intends to buy a section of Maggie's land, thereby increasing its value. The next day, Coyote, Ted, the sheriff and three deputies drive Maggie's cattle toward Border Flats, and are waylaid by the Fenton gang. But where is Sancho who has disappeared on a mysterious mission?
- Speedy Gonzales and the Road Runner are racing each other, with Sylvester Cat and Wile E. Coyote in hot pursuit.
- After Speedy Gonzales wreaks havoc and gets cats hospitalized, Daffy Duck is called to put a stop to it involving a big cash settlement. He hires a robot known as Herman to do his dirty work for him, although even he can't stop Speedy.
- A time machine sends Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales back to Rome in 65 A.D., where they are captured for lion fodder as entertainment for Emperor Nero. Speedy feeds hot chili peppers to a lion, causing the big cat to shoot like a skyrocket. He and Daffy are chased by guards and fall atop Nero, breaking the Emperor's fiddle. Nero angrily pursues Daffy and Speedy as the scientist who invented the time machine sets it in reverse and returns Daffy and Speedy to the present, accompanied by Nero. Nero becomes a fiddler in Speedy's musical band.
- New York playboy Danny Churchill is sent to a small town in Arizona, where being sheriff is very dangerous, to keep away from girls, but he decides to open a dude ranch there. He asks his friend Slick, a professional gambler and his wife Kitty, to help him. Slick decides to go there in a cab, driven by shy Jimmy. Jimmy's younger sister Tessie also travels there. There Danny has fallen in love with Molly, but troubles arise for him when the local heavy decides that he doesn't like the ranch and announces running for sheriff. Danny and Slick got the idea that Jimmy would be the ideal candidate, especially because of the fact that the heavy has announced he would kill another sheriff. With some help Jimmy is elected, but Molly leaves Danny with a New York shyster for Mexico. Mitzi, Danny, Kitty, Patsy - Jimmy's sweetheart as well as Jimmy and Slick follow her to win her heart back for Danny, but they are followed by the local heavy and his friend.
- Sylvester Cat turns to automation in hopes it will help him catch the fastest mouse in Mexico, Speedy Gonzales. He builds a robot to chase Speedy around their house, but Speedy outsmarts Sylvester's new mechanical stooge, reducing it to a heap of scrap metal.
- Speedy Gonzales and a little boy mouse watch a broken television set in a junkyard using their imaginations to create a picture. They imagine clips from old Warner cartoons, about the "smart mouse" (Speedy) and the "stupid duck" (Daffy).
- Daffy Duck, stranded on a desert island and starving, finds canned food on an island. However, there's one problem, Speedy Gonzales has the only available can opener.

So Uncle Matt takes Fifi to the Bide-A-While Inn to hide her, but Miss Pepper believes that something is wrong with this couple with the same last names. Trouble brews when Uncle Matt pretends to be Lord Epping and Fifi's boyfriend Pierre comes looking for her.
- When Speedy Gonzales invades the home of Granny and rapidly drives her cat, Sylvester, to a nervous breakdown, Granny calls on Daffy Duck of the Jet Age Pest Control company to do the job of removing Gonzales from her home. Daffy's most ingenious contraptions are useless against the cunning, unflappable Speedy.
- Diner owner Daffy Duck must find a real mouse to make into a mouse-burger for El Supremo, a mean Mexican cat. The only real mouse around is a hungry Speedy Gonzales, who comes to Daffy's Diner looking for cheese.
