On the day of the marriage, Randhir attempts to speak with Kiran, but is prevented, a scuffle ensues, police arrive, and Randhir ends up shooting a police inspector, as a result he is arrested, tried in court, and sentenced to two years in jail. Kiran gives birth to a baby boy, Sunny, who grows up and falls in love with Madhu Sodhi. When they approach her dad, Rajiv, for getting the two married, Rajiv initially refuses, but changes his mind when he sees Mahendra's photograph. Watch as events unfold as prediction upon prediction of Din Dayal come true - and the one which everyone dreads the most - the death of Sunny at the hands of his biological father!!

Little do Iyer and Khanna realize that their children have been robbed, are lost, tired, hungry, and have now been abducted by dreaded trigger-happy terrorist Donga - who may end up killing both of them - and anyone else who dares to interfere.

Sal organizes a ramble for the Guild. Eileen feels that it should have a theme but Sal sees it as a bonding exercise. In the course of the ramble they see the vicar entertaining a strange woman and he reacts awkwardly. The ramble is cut short when a fog comes down.

- Pam and Mick try to effect reconciliation over the phone with Gwen after Stacey moves in with Bryn. They also try to take Gavin's mind off things by involving him in a protest against the erection of a radio mast after which Smithy takes him to a boy's night out, which he does not appreciate. Stacey goes to the bingo with her family but the couple are unhappy apart and end up ringing each other to determine how to get back together again.
- As Stacey doubts if her love for Gavin is real, Nessa goes in to labor, and Smithy is nowhere to be found.
