After that Ismaël meets at "La Baie" Rémi Aubin: the ice-fisherman: they go to the frozen fjord: Rémi makes a hole in the 1 meter deep ice and they captured a little cod, then Rémi and Ismaël walk on a hill from where they can see the fjord and the track made by an icebreaker. Besides we see zooms about the bike courier Etienne Trudeau, about the Réso (Underground City of Montréal), about jogging i the Mont-Royal, about the very young hockey player, about the children playing in the snow, about the activities of the boy scouts in the winter, about the Omega Park , about the snow plow drivers in the winter, about the bridge of ice, about the humor in Quebec, and about the Sabourin family ( collecting maple sap, breeding sheep and playing music).

Later Jérôme travels to Girardville: Gilles Granal (Parc Malikan-Aventureraid) shows him the sledge dogs (dog sled tours in the winter) and then the wolves park: Gilles and Jérôme spend a moment with two wolves.Finally Jérôme travels towards Saint Gédéon and meets a hitchhiker: Jean-Pierre "Jhippie" Tremblay and they go to his house : there is a great gym ( Jean-Pierre has been decathlon's athlete) and a room dedicated to music.They go to the celebration of the "Saint-Jean": parade of dancers and musicians (band music) and at the end Jean-Pierre and Jérôme are in a quiet place at the lake and Jean-Pierre sings his song "Québec ma folie Québec mon pays". Back to Québec Jérôme meets the family of Stéphane: Jassmine Sevigny who manages two sandwich restaurant and and burger resto and their children Lucie and Ludovic: they travel to an apple orchard where they harvest apples (25 kilograms for about 30 Euros): later they go a restaurant and Jérôme tastes a Pogo (sausage) and a poutine (French fries with cheese and bacon). After that Jérôme returns to Gaspésie where he meet Vincent Malouin in a cultural center : they travel to a forest where Vincent has a forest cabin and go fishing in a river. On the next day they go to Percé , a touristic place and travel by boat to see the Roché Percé (an natural arch) and they land at the Bonaventure Island : they have a walk through the island and enjoy the-place full of gannets.
