He rushes out to where everyone is playing and sings "Easy As Rollin' Off a Log" to Kitty Bright. She joins in; he grabs a trumpet for an instrumental break, with the complete band. They both fall off a log; she covers him with kisses.
- Popeye comes to ask Olive out, but finds she's gone off with the title character. Popeye goes to the circus (ringmaster Wimpy) looking for her, to find she's part of the act; an aerial battle ensues.
- Without success, Porky Pig constantly tries to silence an alley cat who has been disturbing his slumber by constantly singing loudly.

Blackie dives out a window, gets tangled up in a curtain, and wakes up, tangled in his blanket; he runs downstairs and joins in "Three Little Kittens."
- A movie producer is searching for a new sensation, even to going overseas. He is unsuccessful, until one day when his hat is blown off, and is retrieved by a suave, singing cat with obvious star potential.
- A crime wave in Paris results in the hot-tempered Surete Commissioner becoming so stressed-out that he requires bed rest at home. Inspector Clouseau is assigned to see that the Commissioner is not disturbed. But it's Bastille Day, and between the day's ceremonies and a pesky cat- and Clouseau's violent and failed attempts to silence the feline- the Commissioner receives little peace!
- Frankie, the skinny, crooning alley-cat, is serenading his fan-pack of female animals late at night, who are swooning off the fence in droves, but the homeowner trying to sleep is not impressed and he belts Frankie with a tomato and chases him away. Frankie's fans are upset and, as retribution for his act, the homeowner is kept awake all night by the singing of the fans.

- During the holiday season, a young man encounters a drunken cat belonging to an old man in an alley. The old man has trained his three cats to sing.
