On their third anniversary, Ilona gets Thomas a 'special' present - a meeting with an Apprev. consultant, to have his Mandatory Vasectomy reversed. Thomas soon realises that getting an Approved Reversal (Apprev.) is not going to be easy, and just how little control he has over his own body.
