Walter and his sister, Elle, have survived the apocalypse. When Elle gets sick, however, Walter must trek through the desolate land in search of medicine that will save her. His lonely journey is interrupted when he encounters other survivors, who end up being the only thing standing in the way of Elle's recovery.
