A killer is on the on the loose. He is cunning, precise and very skilled. He leaves no hard evidence, fingerprints and any motive as to why he kills who he kills. Detective Joseph Chapel (Kelly D Weaver) along with his partner Detective Rachel Hester (Debbie Rallo) must step outside the box and use a new resource to stop and capture this unknown killer. The new source happens to be psychic Emily Lawrence (Bayley Ellenburg) an old friend of Detective Joseph Chapel.
