Growing up in an abusive foster care system and being bullied at school, 12 year old Ben has a chance encounter with the school janitor; Frank, who happens to be a talented B-Boy. Frank takes Ben under his wing and it is through this unlikely mentorship that Ben discovers his confidence to challenge the bully and rise above adversity, through the art of breaking.
