Timmy is left alone at an indoor jungle gym for the first time. A bully, named Jethro, runs the jungle gym and has one important rule: Newcomers MUST get a wedgie. While on the run Timmy loses his teddy bear, Fred but meets Samantha, a girl who also has something confiscated by Jethro and together, they try to retrieve their belongings while avoiding a wedgie.
