People hire the City Hunter to solve their dangerous problems, which he does with a 357 Magnum. To get rid of Tadashi Nishioka ; the powerful Yakuza's leader of the Kanto Region, the International drug cartel "Teope Union" call out the famous agency, City Hunter. Faced with the refusal of the City Hunter, the Teope Union has no choice but to silence them forever.
