When Haru is disguised as a chef in the restaurant, he tosses a piece of shrimp up in the air and it lands on the inside of a woman's black shirt. When Haru retrieves the shrimp from her shirt with tongs it is hanging on the outside of her shirt.
When Haru dances in the strip bar, he tears off his shirt. Later he's thrown out of the bar and lands in the garbage, then he's wearing his shirt again.
Haru's gold pieces on the hotel counter change from five in one shot, to fourteen in the next shot, and then to eight in the last shots.

The fake addresses are in a bolder font, they aren't alphabetical with the other addresses, the prefix is the fictional "555-", and the white bottom of the list slightly covers the next names listed.
When Haru starts making holes in the roof of his rented car with a dagger, his roof cover falls off, but when he starts driving, it is still intact and there are no holes.
When Haru somersaults down to fight with the Ninjas it is obviously a much thinner stunt double. (However, given the comedic nature of the film this may have been a deliberate joke).
When Haru is using the forklift to bust into the room that Allison is trapped in, the lift begins to move toward the wall before Haru ever lowers his foot onto the pedals.
As the truck explodes at the end of the bomb scene, you can see the strap that was attached to the front of the truck pull the truck for a small shock-like movement and release the truck as the explosion occurs.
The Japanese writing on the side of Haru's bus at the very end of the movie is reversed.
When Tanley and Haru are fighting in the warehouse, the pipe that Tanley uses is clearly made of rubber.
Chet Walters mentions that he owns a "1975 Fairmont", however Ford did not introduce a vehicle by that name in the United States until 1978. (Ford did manufacture a Fairmont model in Australia in the mid-1970s, but that vehicle was never exported to the U.S.)
After Gobei has his wig torn off, he says, while hitting back, "Do you know how long it took to do my hair?" however, his lips don't move consistently with the words he's saying.
When Haru encounters Alison in Beverly Hills, she asks him, "Haru, what are you doing here?" However, the audio clearly skips on the word "what".
When Haru is riding in the car on the race track, the tracks from the camera truck are visible in front of the car.
At the Black Neon, Haru emerges onto the main stage and the camera's shadow is visible in some shots of the stripper.

Near the end when Haru is apologizing to his partner as he is loaded onto the ambulance, the camera pans to a news reporter and you can clearly see a boom mic reflected in the vehicle's window behind her (though I guess they could chalk this one up to being the "news crews' equipment").
