The Performer | Christina Hendricks
The Show | Mad Men
The Episode | “Lost Horizon” (May 3)
The Performance | As much as Mad Men‘s seven-season run has been about Don’s identity issues and Peggy’s quest to have it all, it’s also been about Joan’s fight to be taken seriously as a smart, beautiful woman in field full of men, their egos and their wandering hands. So it’s fitting that Christina Hendricks’ crowning episode was one in which she played Joan at both her hell-yeah highs and oh-no lows.
It started when Mrs. Harris, accustomed to the status she...

We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about shows including Mad Men, The Flash, Person of Interest and Nashville!
1 | If you’d had to bet on who would off Outlander‘s pesky Horrocks, wouldn’t your money have been on quick-tempered Jenny rather than her cool-headed husband Ian?
2 | Was Mad Men‘s Peggy skating around Sterling Cooper & Partners’ vacant office, while Roger played the organ, the greatest visual the show has offered this season?

Lifetime is making a movie about Whitney Houston focusing on her relationship with Bobby Brown. The biopic will be directed by Houston’s Waiting to Exhale co-star Angela Bassett.
Mark Pellegrino has joined the cast of A&E remake of Les Revenants. He’ll play a character similar to Jerome, a father of a girl who is one of the first returned.
Now to get to forgetting The Tomorrow People happened.
Does the world need a sitcom named Partners? It’s not like that last one went particularly well.
The L.A. Times has cut back on its coverage of The Bachelor because the show cut off access to the Times‘ assigned reporter for being too negative. Cheers to the Times for not giving in to the pressure to exchange media access for positive coverage.
Christian Borle has joined the list of recurring guest stars on the second season of Masters of Sex.

The most disappointing thing about awesome conventions and epic theme parks for this Alabama girl is the distance they are from my home. Each one is a fully planned trip. The best thing about The Marvel Experience is that it combines convention and theme park and then travels!
The Marvel Experience is the love child between Marvel and entertainment company, Hero Ventures. The Marvel Experience will feature 3D animated movies and a 4D motion ride all inside a traveling 50,000 square foot dome which will travel to 20-24 cities across the United States and will most certainly make it to a city near you (and me!). Here’s the press release.

Four Christmases in one day could lead anyone to suicide.
And so it is with Seth Gordon, who has become attached to direct "Suicide Squad" for Working Title Films and Universal. A documentary filmmaker ("The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters"), Gordon has his fictional feature directorial debut, New Line's "Four Christmases," due Nov. 26.
Wma-repped brothers Matt Eddy and Billy Eddy have written the most recent draft of Chris Johnson's original "Suicide" script, which follows a desperate con man, out on the latest of many paroles, as he recruits a crew of amateur criminals to rip off the Kentucky Derby.
Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner will produce for Working Title. The U.K. production company has a production deal at Universal and recently produced "Definitely, Maybe" and the forthcoming "Frost/Nixon."
The Eddy brothers also have "Time Out" set at Paramount Vantage and "Other People's Wishes" with producer...
