Violence & Gore
-

- Compared to the first game, 'The House of The Dead 2' has much better/more realistic graphics which makes the impact of the violence somewhat stronger and bloodier.

Profanity
-
- There is no profanity in the game unless you count the one time a playable character says "hell."
- The voice acting is very cheesy and lifeless, which means that more threatening characters who are supposed to sound scary (e.g: the first boss) can come across as laughable.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- None.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- The villains in this game would most likely be too scary for children under the age 7.
- Extremely creepy
- The voice acting is the most frightening part of the game lel.
- Frequent gore and moderate horror.
- Enemies can only be defeated by ripping them to shreds with a handgun. This results in heavy gore, but the sheer amount is quite unrealistic and, to some, can be considered comical.
