- If sonny enters the womans locker room, a woman will scream and slap Sonnys face and she will come out in her underwear and call Sonny a pervert.
- A pregnant woman sitting in the car is shown in the game.
Violence & Gore

- There are violent crime scenes throughout the game including car crashes, dead bodies and shooting at people. There is also red blood shown in the game as people in the game get run over by a car or shot at by a gun.
- If Sonny doesn't stop his car at the stop sign, or turns too fast, then he will crash his car and die.
- Sonny can be seen knocking down a crazy man with his nightstick and putting handcuffs on him.
- Sonny can get run over by a car in the freeway if he approaches the suspects car the wrong way or decides to cross the freeway or not light up flares on the freeway.
- A cutscene shows Sonnys wife Marie getting assaulted in the Mall by gang members who stabs her leaving her in a coma and taken to a hospital.
- A suspect man can be seen shooting at Sonny but misses and runs away speeding off in his car. He drives recklessly on the freeway and overturns his car crashes it and dies.
- If Sonny doesn't do everything to help Marie recover from the coma, then she will die and you'll lose the game.
- A man in the alley can be found dead with a pentagram symbol carved on his chest in blood.
- There are dead bodies shown in the game and even at the Coroner research in the chambers as Sonny is searching for clues.
- Sonny can also lose and get in trouble with the law if he decides to shoot unarmed people and not follow correct police rules of arresting people.

- Sonny will have a talk with Pat Morales in his office for screaming and using profanity at people.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- This is an anti-drug themed game as you are trying to stop the cult gang from selling drugs and killing people.
- There are drugs featured in the game. Including Pat Morales stealing drugs from the crime scenes.
- A drunk man can be seen driving dangerously, after he is pulled over, Sonny moves his finger in his face a few times and he is seen barfing on the side of the freeway, he gets arrested and tested for alcohol consumption levels at the jail cell.
- There are men at the bar drinking beer.
- A man at the bar can be seen smoking a cigarette in the game.
- Over at the Drug hideout house, there are drugs in the basement that the player discovers.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Many of the crime scenes in this game may be disturbing including car crash scenes, dead bodies.
- The attempted murder scene by gangs stabbing Marie with the knife at the Mall parking lot may be disturbing for people to watch.
- This game can get very tough and frustrating to play if you don't have a walkthrough.

Violence & Gore
- There are many ways Sonny can lose and get hurt or die including getting beat up by a crazy man at the lake, or the crazy man drowns him in the water. Sonny shooting at the crazy man, Sonny walking and driving away from the crazy man and he hurts the visitors in the park, having a crazy man conceal his knife in his underwear and stabbing one of the police guards, or he lets the drunk driver takeoff killing 5 teenagers in the car wreck, a suspect man shooting at Sonny unprepared. or Sonny decides to walk up the broken stairs of the drug hideout and crashes through them and gets hurt. Or Sonny goes into the burnt house without obeying the fire chief, or gets shot at the drug hideout even by Pat Morales who shoots Sonny if he didn't snoop around finding clues about her being the suspect.
- At the Drug hideout home, Sonny and the Law enforcements can be seen using their ramming truck breaking down the metal door and invading the drug hideout with Sonny shooting at a man, getting one arrested, and down in the basement, a man shoots at Sonny but shoots back at him. Pat Morales decides to betray Sonny and is about to shoot him but she gets shot by a fellow officer and dies.
