TV daredevil Jonathan Goodwin launches his new Watch TV show this evening with a hatful of breathtaking stunts that will blow your mind.
Climbing around a moving car, hanging off burning ropes and putting live scorpions in his mouth are just everyday jobs for the professional dangerman.
However, Goodwin isn't the first man to create stunt-tv. Digital Spy looks back at some of the craziest and most memorable TV jaw-droppers in recent memory.
David Blaine Stuck In A Box
He started out as a rather cool street magic act. Nowadays, he's generally regarded as being a couple of sarnies short of a picnic. But there was a time when David Blaine could create a standstill with his wacky stunts and when he arrived in London to perform 'Above the Below', it landed him a much talked-about Channel 4/Sky1 show.

Sky TV director Stuart Murphy has revealed that he is looking for an "enormous" reality show to air on Sky1. Ex-Big Brother boss Phil Edgar Jones, whose other TV credits include The Salon, Space Cadets and Shattered, has been given the task of finding the hit format. "We have Phil Edgar Jones who is the master of cruelty," Murphy told the Edinburgh TV Festival. "He worked with Endemol and Big Brother. People forget from his CV though, he also did Shattered and Space Cadets. Massive and crazy things - and the craziest was Big Brother." (more)...

Toronto -- Kim Clements has been hired as showrunner for "Shattered," a character-driven Canadian cop drama from E1 Television being shopped stateside.
E1, which this week sold "Copper," another of its cop dramas, to ABC, has "Shattered" in development as a pilot at Canadian broadcaster Global Television and set for a Canadian series pickup.
John Morayniss, president of E1 Television, said "Shattered" has been shopped to the U.S. networks and a deal is expected before long.
The pilot for the cop drama from Force Four Films and E1 featured Callum Keith Rennie as a damaged recluse who solves crimes using his multiple-personality disorder.
Billed as " 'CSI' meets 'A Beautiful Mind,' the "Shattered" pilot also starred Laura Jordan as a special investigator who teams up with Kyle Logan (Rennie).
Debra Beard and Hugh Beard of Force Four and E1's Noreen Halpern, John Morayniss and Laszlo Barna produced the pilot,...
