In the previous episode, Jack called Frank "Miller" to get clearance for the breakfast, but now his last name is "Simes".
While she was taken hostage by Gaines, Kim Bauer was wearing from take to take a different pair of shoes (her regular were high heel sandals - then suddenly flat slippers). To be seen first at 08:35. Happened after that a couple of times until they could break free.
When Nina Myers comes back from the room were she and Tony Almeida were hiding, while she speaks with Milo Pressman about where she was, there's a repeat of the alert concerning Palmer on the screen behind them: we see Palmer get pushed down by the man who's supposed to be struggling with Jack Bauer on the upper floor. The pistol Jack took from the Secret Service Agent while making his escape, the one he wields in this one, should not be a Glock, but in fact a SIG. The SIG-Sauer P229, chambered in .357 SIG, had been the standard issue sidearm of the Secret Service since 1999. In 2019 the Secret Service switched to the Glock 19 Gen5 MOS, chambered in 9x19mm, but prior to then they only used SIG's.
When Jack is taken into custody by the Secret Service it is obvious he isn't actually handcuffed, he is just holding the cuffs in his hands behind his back.
