This show is ahead of its time. Dennis wants a horse. Makes you think of the Waltons, who have a horse one of the kids gets to get around. This movie makes the era look good, where a steed was the primary means of transportation. It's a foreshadowing of the Bucket Dog episode on Bonanza. Enough of the 70s. This review is about classic 60s TV. And Jay North is at its best. Legalities, trading, it's all covered here. Must be tough being a parent even on television. One problem I'd have is giving a kid too big of a gift. Teaching a kid the value of a dollar is something the Mitchell's understand. Now get the country, er Dennis, to understand.
