At the start of the episode, Desmond puts spaces between each number he inputs into the computer. When Locke enters the numbers later in the episode he does not put spaces and the computer automatically puts them in.
On the raft, Sawyer's hair is either tied back in a slick pony tail (close-up) or dangling in wet locks around his face (long shot).
In "Man of Science, Man of Faith" when Locke warns Jack not to touch the computer he says "I wouldn't do that". In the next episode, "Adrift", when Kate watches the scene, he says "I wouldn't do that, Jack."
When Michael and Sawyer climb aboard the pontoon, the cross rigging goes out to the left as you face the front of the pontoon. During the daylight scene, the rigging shoots out to the right.
During Michael's deposition there is a video camera set up to record the people in the room. In a real deposition, the camera would be set up to only record Michael.
Near the end of the episode, when Michael and Sawyer are on the pontoon, there is a boat visible in the water off in the distance over Sawyer's left shoulder.
