Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaGranny and Dribbles from the show Harlem Globe Trotters (1970) were briefly seen inside the Globetrotters bus (Granny was driving and Dribbles was sitting in the back) when the Globetrotters follow the Mystery Machine to Picnic Island. The presence of Granny and Dribbles were never acknowledged by the Globetrotters nor did they interact with the two characters. The same goes for the Mystery Machine gang. Both Granny and Dribbles did not tag along with the Globetrotters to Haunted Island for reasons unknown.
- GoofsThe Globetrotters were barefoot when they tried to go to bed. When they all fall through the trapdoor, they're wearing their sneakers.
- Quotes
George 'Meadowlark' Lemon: I'll knock on the door.
[Knocks on the door of the mansion with his basketball]
Shaggy: [Has the "willies" because of the creepy-crawly critters in the yard] C-c-couldn't we just go in?
George 'Meadowlark' Lemon: The Globetrotters NEVER enter a ritzy mansion unannounced!
[Swarm of bats descends upon them]
George 'Meadowlark' Lemon: Announcing... the Globetrotters!
[Everybody barges inside]

Scooby and the Gang once again Meet up with the Harlem Globe Trotters
this is another another episode of The New Scooby-Doo movies.Once again the gang meet up with the Harlem Globe trotters and end up in the middle of a mystery.this episode is not too bad.it's actually got some pretty funny moments.it's paced pretty good too.it moves at a good clip.the story wasn't too bad either..the Globe Trotters had quite a few funny lines and i don't even recall hearing the annoying laugh track this time around.things do get pretty repetitive though.this isn't the worst Scooby Doo adventure I've seen, but it's not the best either.still,it is entertaining and even funny at times.it's probably average at best.for me,The Mystery of Haunted island is a 5/10
