- Captain Picard is tortured by the Cardassian Gul Madred in this episode Chain of Command, Part II. Picard is inflicted with physical pain and personal questions. Gul Madred tortures him with advanced Cardassian technology, including an implant, that can control his pain. Very graphic.
- We see Picard's wounds, partially, from the punching and beating and restraining he gets. Plus there is some blood wounds from partial blade cuts. Not super graphic but somewhat graphic.
