As Donna is about to undergo surgery she meets with Josh and writes a humorous message on a piece of paper because she can't speak. Josh is wearing a surgical hat as a sanitary measure. The message says "nice hat" with an exclamation point. As we cut back to her a couple of seconds later, the exclamation point is gone from the message.
Donna is being prepped for surgery and has not been put under general anesthesia when she asked for Josh. However, in the previous episode, Josh returns from his meeting to find Donna in surgery. The audience can see that she is in the middle of surgery; she is unconscious and doctors appear to have already started the surgery.
As the General is briefing Leo, there is a video of the front of an S-3 Viking taking off from an Aircraft carrier however in the next shot as the aircraft is flying away from the carrier the video is showing a completely different type of aircraft an F-14 Tomcat.
The general briefing Leo tells him that the first wave includes: "Prowlers for radar jamming, the Hawkeye, ... and an S-3 Viking" He says that they are '"on the deck...moving at Mach 1.7. " None of the aircraft cited are capable of supersonic flight.
Charlie says "The Israelis just cleared our airspace", when they're actually about to arrive for the Camp David summit (or "entered our airspace").
When Donna wakes from her surgery and she says Josh's name the news woman on the television in the background says that there was a car bombing in Nazarene. Nazarene is not a city in Israel, the city is Nazareth; itself also being known as the 'Arab capital of Israel.'
There are several close-ups of President Bartlet's desk phone while he is making or receiving calls. Though there are line selection buttons illuminated, the LCD display is blank. It should be showing a number or time or some other information about the call in progress.
Near the end of this episode as the Palestinian delegation is arriving at Camp David (approx 39:30) a camera on a tracked trolley can be seen being pulled alongside the road paralleling the arriving limos.
