The leading car of the Anderbad Express monotrain keeps changing colour, from white and red to silver and blue as it heads towards Lady Penelope - this was because the episode reused stock footage of the monotrain from "Brink Of Disaster", which was of a different color.

In the next clip, the top of her nightgown is blue. She picks up her bag from the table, which shows her pink sleeve again ánd part of the blue nightgown, that is now laying next to the bag. In further scenes, she wears the blue nightgown again. She then opens the bag, and the pink sleeve is visible again. After which, the blue nightgown is again, the item she wears. It's clear that the blue item of clothing is not a bathrobe of some sort, there is no pink fabric underneath.
